ALNG was created because we saw assisted living operators navigating a complex industry without a strong peer community.
We watched talented, committed operators struggle not because they lacked passion or skill, but because they lacked access to shared insight. Many were solving the same problems in isolation. Others were repeating mistakes that someone else had already learned from.
The industry is filled with information, but very little connection. We believed operators deserved a space to network, exchange ideas, and learn directly from one another.
So we built one.
